The third Android 15 beta arrived more than a month after Beta 2, although we did receive a couple of incremental drops throughout May and June. As usual, Android 15 Beta 3 isn’t introducing a huge amount of new features. Rather, this release is all about shoring up what’s already there and starting off on the road to stability. Don’t just take our word for it either — Google has decared Beta 3 as the Platform Stability release, just as predicted on its roadmap from earlier this year. That means API Level 35 is officially locked in, so developers can start targeting Android 15 specifically on the Play Store.
